8:00 AM: Meet guide and driver, depart to Mai Chau. Visit Muong village en route. Reach Thung Khe pass for panoramic views before arriving in Mai Chau town. Mai Chau is a beautiful valley 145 km from Hanoi, known for its harmonious landscapes, green mountains, rice terraces, and White Thai ethnic villages.

Arrive in Mai Hich, rest, and have lunch. Explore Mai Hich by walking along trails and roads. Marvel at the stunning harmony of villages, rice fields, mountains, and streams. Engage with friendly locals who gladly invite you into their homes for a cup of tea.

Continue trekking through rice fields and small communities to Xam Khoe, an authentic Thai village. Experience the beauty of nature and the rich human culture. Later, the driver will pick you up and transfer you back to your accommodation.

Experience a trek from Pa Co and Hang Kia villages to Cun Pheo valley, immersing yourself in the captivating homeland of the Blue H’mong people.

Begin your journey by departing from Mai Chau to Pa Co, where you can explore the local market on Sundays. Located 35 km from Mai Chau, near the Moc Chau plateau, Pa Co is a homeland of the Hmong ethnic group nestled in the hills.

Embark on a trek from Pa Co to the Hang Kia commune, passing through vibrant Hmong villages. In the past, this ethnic group cultivated poppies, but now they focus on growing maize, manioc, and groundnuts. Immerse yourself in the local life of the Hmong village, visiting a family, school, and dispensary while surrounded by picturesque plum hills, pristine forests, and serene rice terraces.

Indulge in a delightful picnic lunch before descending the slopes to reach Cun Pheo Valley in the afternoon. Meet our driver and transfer to your accommodation.

Discovering Eo Ken, Ban hang villages, Chieng Lau discovery

8:00 AM: Depart from Mai Hich for Eo Ken, a Muong ethnic village located 30km away.
Enjoy the breathtaking views of Pu Luong Nature reserve, rice field terraces, and mountains while walking downhill.Visit an authentic Muong ethnic family in Eo Ken village. Continue walking through the stunning landscape and cross a stream to reach Hang Village.

Car pick-up and transfer to your accommodation in Pu Luong.Take a break and savor local cuisine.

In the afternoon, transfer to Chieng Lau, a picturesque area with rice fields and bamboo water wheels. Stroll through the fields, interact with the locals, and experience their life, culture, and traditions.

Car pick-up to return Pu Luong and overnight stay in Pu Luong.

Full day trek to the Kho Muong village of Thai people, following the trail to Uoi, Lan Ngoai villages

8:00 AM: Begin your trekking adventure to explore the captivating Pu Luong Nature reserve and its inhabitants. Travel 5 km from your accommodation on the 15C road towards Kho Muong village. Embark on a scenic trek along a path that leads to the most remote village in Pu Luong, nestled in a valley surrounded by breathtaking limestone mountains and rice terraces. Prepare your camera to capture the stunning scenery and engage with the locals along the way.

Enjoy a delicious lunch at a homestay in Kho Muong Village. In the afternoon, continue your journey through the forest and manioc fields, following the trails that will take you to Uoi village. This picturesque village is home to another Thai ethnic group who still maintain their traditional thatched houses. Keep walking until you reach Lan Ngoai Village before returning to your accommodation.

Note: Ensure you have good trekking shoes and don’t forget your camera to capture the memorable moments.

Experience an authentic medium hiking route: Leo – Mo – Chu – Danh. Enjoy the serene rural landscape along the way.

After enjoying breakfast and bidding farewell to the host, descend to the breathtaking rice terrace valley. Trek along small paths to reach four charming villages: Leo, Mo, Chu, and Danh. Capture unforgettable moments with your camera. Along the hike, witness the ever-changing landscapes of rice terraces, villages, wild fields, ponds, streams, and mountains. Lunch will be provided at a local restaurant.

Later, our driver will pick you up and transfer you back to Hanoi. En route, visit the sacred fish stream in Cam Luong, renowned for its unique fish species. These fish, surrounded by mysterious stories, are considered sacred.

Continue the journey to Hanoi and check in to your hotel in the late afternoon.
