Our tour prices are listed with a starting point and are quoted in USD. To adapt the currency to your preference, you can use the “Currency” function in the top menu.
For bookings during special occasions such as Vietnam Holiday National Day, Christmas and New Year’s, Lunar New Year, and Vietnam Reunification, there may be an additional charge ranging from 100 to 200 USD per person.
The quoted per-person price is based on double occupancy in the specified room. If you wish to add more guests or change the room type, there may be extra costs. We will communicate these additional charges to you before confirming your final booking.
What’s Included in Prices
Our prices include accommodation, domestic flights, transfers, tours/cruises, government taxes, and any other inclusions specified in the tour product description.
What’s Not Included in Prices
Our prices do not cover international flights to and from your home country or visa fees for Vietnam and Indochina.
Deposits and Balances
Upon booking confirmation, we require a non-refundable deposit of 500 USD per person. Full-payment 60 days before your departure date.
Failure to pay by the due date allows us to cancel your booking and retain your deposit. If you book less than 45 days before departure, full payment is due immediately. The remaining balance can be settled upon your arrival.
Amendments
You are allowed up to three free amendments per booking up to 45 days before departure. Any subsequent changes will incur a fee of USD 50 per change.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fees apply to all canceled reservations, and the fee is determined by the date of the written cancellation received by VIETNAM TOUR 247
Refunds
No refunds are provided for unused services, and leaving the tour early for any reason will not result in a refund.
