Drivers turned up when expected, hotels were excellent, included meals were fabulous, guides were great, and everything was very stress-free. Tina even popped in to see us with a gift before we moved on from Hanoi. Highly recommended and we’re now looking at their other trips in Vietnam/Thailand. We had some issues getting payment to go through in advance of the trip, no matter which credit cards we used, but eventually we were able to pay by wire transfer. This was our only hiccup though, everything went smoothly on the ground.
