Halong Bay is a beautiful natural wonder in northern Vietnam. The Bay is dotted with 1,600 limestone islands and islets and covers an area of over 1,500 sqkm. This extraordinary area was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1994. For many tourists, this place is like something right out of a movie. The fact is that Halong Bay features a wide range of biodiversity, while the surrealistic scenery has indeed featured in endless movies.

In this Halong Bay shore excursion, you will board the traditional boat cruise and explore the beauty of Halong Bay in a day. The trip can be done in a half day or full day up on your request.

 

Itinerary

Our private guide will pick you up at Halong International cruise port / Cai Lan Port. Transfer to Halong bay Cruise port (junk boats) and boarding the boat for cruising the bay. Cruising around the Bay with view of famous sites such as : Fighting cock’s islet, Stone dog or Joss stick bowl islet. Visit Thien Cung cave with a round walking to visit beautiful stalactites and stalagmites which have been formed millions of years ago.
Back to the Junk boat and enjoy lunch while keep cruising to view fabulous scenery of Halong bay. After the boat trip, we will take you back to your cruise ship. End of the cruise excursion Halong Bay.

Note: This half day tour can be done in the morning from 7:30am to 11:30am or afternoon from 12:30am to 16:30pm.
The full day tour is on request.
